The residence is in a wonderful Mediterranean scrub scenery, located in 15.000 sqm private landed estate in panoramic position degrading to sea with natural beach made by gravel and pebbles. Flats are from 350 to 500 meters to the sea. The beach is very accessible by foot or by car and it’s ideal for playing snorkelling and diving. Inside Helios Residence we have 4 swimming pools, fitness centre, tennis court and bowls inartificial grass, dirt football ground, mini market and snack bar. All flats are in small villages called: borgo Aida, borgo Pini, borgo alla Fonte, borgo Alloro, borgo agli Orti, all surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation. The flats have: al grand floor porch garden and open space, al first floor covered balcony with wonderful view of Capraia Island. In the central residence “il Casale” are situated reception, snack bar, mini market. Helios residence is in a favourable position nearby Rio Marina sea port, from which we have many daily boat runs from/to Piombino. Considering the location we suggest to come by car.

 

In the residence called "Il Casale", in central position comparated to other buildings, are situated Reception, lodging house "Dei Borghi" having few rooms with bathroom, Bar of "Piazzetta", mini-market and, on the back, the fitness centre, tennis field, bowls fields and training swimming pool. The lodging house “Dei Borghi” is a new building located in the heart of Helios Residence; it has elegant furnished and all conveniences provided rooms, located at the ground floor and looking out on the little square.

We distinguish the buildings in a different residences, more precisely: - AIDA village in panoramic position, with pleasant sea and sunset view, is 500 meters to the beach, is equipped with swimming pool ideal for children and pleasant for adults. - PINI - FONTE- ALLORO Villages are three plants from 300 to 350 meters to the sea, having easy access to the large swimming pool for adults and children, nearby Alloro building. MONO 2 BEDS: living room with cooking top, double couch-bed, bathroom. Opportunity of added bed . BILO 4 BEDS: living room with cooking top, double couch-bed, double bedroom, bathroom. Opportunity of added bed.

 

SPORT CARD: Sport Card (required for age over 4 years): € 25, 00 per person weekly including: swimming pools; fitness centre with tecnogym cardiotonic equipments, swimming pool 25 meters long with 2 lanes; use of tennis court in artificial grass ( for light cost € 5,00 per hour), football dirt field, bowls; mountain bike (if available); excursion by boat.
